Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a senior lead developer to guide a cross-functional team across frontend, backend, data, and AI streams. You will make critical architectural decisions for integration patterns and AI orchestration, and lead the integration of Azure AI Foundry and related services.

You will design serverless architectures with Azure Functions and API Management, own data layer design, and oversee full-stack work in React, Python, FastAPI, and REST APIs, while driving CI/CD

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Services and Azure Functions.
• Proven Python / FastAPI / REST API development skills.
• Strong front-end and back-end capabilities with React and SQL Server.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and CI/CD.
• Experience building cloud-native or serverless apps on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead developer on hands-on development and guide cross-functional engineers.

• Support the lead developer on hands-on development, and guide a cross-functional team of engineers across frontend, backend, data, and AI workstreams.
• Make critical design decisions on integration patterns, API contracts, and AI model orchestration
• Lead the integration of Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Services including LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
• Design and implement serverless architecture using Azure Functions and Azure API Management
• Own the data layer — schema design, query optimization, and database performance
• Oversee and contribute to full-stack development across React, Python, FastAPI, and REST APIs
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions including deployment strategy and environment management
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across the codebase
• Lead, mentor, and upskill junior developers through regular coaching and technical guidance
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders — communicating architecture decisions, risks, and delivery progress

• Hands-on exposure to Azure AI / OpenAI services — including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agentic AI workflows
• Strong foundation in full-stack development — comfortable moving between frontend (React), backend (Python/FastAPI), and database layers (SQL Server)
• Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments — able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes while delivering technical outcomes
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies — able to estimate, plan, and deliver within sprint-based cycles
