Job summary

Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation is seeking an Infra Operations Engineer to join the Information System Department in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. The role focuses on managing and supporting IT infrastructure, networks, and Microsoft services to ensure reliable, secure operations.

You will be a domain expert in management, system monitoring, and preventive maintenance, contributing to network reliability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with Cisco routing and switching.
• Familiar with Palo Alto or Cisco ASA firewalls.
• Wireless network management including APs and controllers.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO administration.
• MS 365 / Entra ID user and access management.

Responsibilities

• Perform network maintenance to ensure secure, reliable operations.
• Support network and telecom infrastructure, ensuring connectivity.
• Monitor utilization, performance, and capacity; address issues proactively.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of network devices to minimize downtime.
• Review network logs daily; troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Administer Cisco-based network infrastructure and related devices.
• Monitor virtualized environments and server infrastructure (VMware, IBM hosts).
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, maintenance activities, and procedures.
• Recommend improvements to enhance availability, security, and performance.
