Job summary

Vantage Financial Corporation (operating as e-Biz) is seeking an Network/IT Operations Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate design and installation of IT infrastructure and network connectivity to ensure stable operation of IT assets across the institution.

The role oversees data center operations, security systems, and external barriers like firewalls; you will lead a team, maintain records, and implement strategic plans to scale capacity while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CE or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Infra and IT Operations management.
• Knowledge of AWS or any cloud platform is advantageous.
• Strong SLA delivery experience.
• Familiar with AD, Group Policies, Core Switching/Routing, SSL, Virtualization.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and install infrastructure to meet current and future needs.
• Monitor software and hardware for system compliance.
• Administer data center installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with departments and suppliers to integrate critical systems.
• Establish SLAs with end users.
• Develop strategies to ensure data center capacity.
• Manage and forecast operational costs.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
