Job summary

LevelBlue seeks an experienced security operations and account-management professional to act as the primary security contact for customer accounts. You will oversee delivery teams, manage security program implementations, and proactively drive compliance and risk reduction.

Responsibilities include providing security consultancy, leading incident management, and communicating security posture to senior leadership, with flexible in-person collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security operations and networking.
• Understanding of vulnerability management and threat hunting.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, FW, IDS/IPS, and DLP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact to account management and delivery teams for security activities.
• Oversee relationships for delivery organizations providing security support.
• Manage implementation of the Security Agreement and drive operational compliance.
• Advise on information risk management and security controls on the account.
• Lead security incident management and change control activities.
