MARYAM PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Transformation Lead to drive strategic digital initiatives across enterprise systems, cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, and RPA.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, data migrations, testing, and change management while ensuring security, governance, and alignment with the company’s long-term digital strategy. The role requires 6+ years in IT with at least 3 years leading projects or teams, plus PMP/PRINCE2 preferred and experience with cloud/SaaS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 6+ years IT experience with at least 3 years leading IT projects or teams.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering system implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS solutions, or data platforms is an advantage.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, AI, or automation projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity audits, remediation, and SSO deployment with Entra ID.

• Lead data analytics initiatives including data governance and reporting.
• Identify automation opportunities and oversee RPA deployment and ROI tracking.
• Oversee full project lifecycle, budgets, vendor management and governance compliance.
• Foster IT strategy alignment and cross-divisional digital initiatives.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic digital transformation initiatives across enterprise systems, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics and robotic process automation (RPA).

Responsibilities:

Enterprise Systems Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of enterprise systems, such as Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Human Resource Management (HRM) platform.
• Oversee implementation, data migration, user acceptance testing and change management.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with long-term digital strategy.

Cybersecurity

• Review findings from cybersecurity audits and vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts with internal teams and vendors.
• Track and report remediation progress to ensure timely risk mitigation.
• Manage implementation and optimization of Single Sign-On using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Ensure projects comply with cybersecurity best practices, data protection regulations and organizational policies.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases, including agentic AI and workflow automation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed AI initiatives.
• Ensure responsible AI governance frameworks are established, including fairness, accountability, transparency, security and privacy safeguards.
• Oversee pilot projects and production deployment of approved AI solutions.

Data Analytics

• Lead the implementation of a secure data repository or data platform to support analytics and reporting.
• Establish and maintain data governance policies, data quality standards and access controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Manage delivery of analytics solutions through vendors or partners.

Robotic Process Automation

• Identify automation opportunities across operational and administrative workflows.
• Develop business cases and requirements documentation for RPA initiatives.
• Oversee implementation, testing and deployment of automation solutions.
• Measure and report on efficiency gains and return on investment.

Project Management

• Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, procurement, execution, monitoring, testing and go-live.
• Develop project charters, budgets, timelines and risk registers.
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, performance and deliverables.
• Provide regular progress reports and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance and procurement frameworks.

Team Contribution

• Work closely with IT Operations team to ensure smooth transition of projects intosteady-state operations.
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to IT strategy planning and cross-divisional digital initiatives.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the IT function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Atleast 6 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years leading IT projects or teams.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering system implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS solutions, or data platforms is an advantage.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, AI, or automation projects is preferred.
• Strong skills in project management and business analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a structured and systematic manner.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Good understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, professional judgement, and accountability.
