About the role

As the MIS/IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology systems and infrastructure at Harbour City Dimsum House Co., Inc. Based in Tunghaan Minglanilla Cebu, this full-time role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of the company's technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's business objectives
• Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, networks, servers, and software applications
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and systems
• Coordinate with department heads to identify and address their technology needs
• Manage and mentor the IT support team to ensure efficient service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and information systems
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an IT management or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of information systems, network administration, and IT infrastructure management
• Proficient in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-level software and hardware solutions
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues
