Job summary

Maya is seeking an Information Security Project Manager in Metro Manila to track multiple security reviews across customer products, internal tools, and technology upgrades.

You will build dashboards, coordinate with security, privacy and anti-fraud teams, and raise high-risk issues for leadership to decide on mitigation strategies.

This role supports governance and provides quarterly reports to the Technology Group Governance Committee (TGGC) and the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• PM with focus on technology and fintech products.
• Experience liaising with security, privacy and anti-fraud teams.
• Experience dealing with all ranks and communicating needs across teams.
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation for complex projects.
• Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.
• No specific educational background required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a dashboard and tracker showing status of security reviews and tool implementations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to update on project status and improve review success rates; may liaise with external stakeholders as needed.
• Identify and raise high-risk issues that could introduce exploitable security risks to InfoSec leadership for decision.
• Assist Head of InfoSec governance & Ops in preparing quarterly reports to TGGC and the Board.

AbouttheRole

The Information Security Project Manager is responsible for tracking the progress of multiple security reviews being conducted for customer facing products, internal productivity and employee tools and technology upgrades.

WhatYouWillDo:

• The incumbent is expected to create and maintain a dashboard and tracker that shows the aggregate and detailed status of Office of the CISO reviews and implementation of security tools.
• Assist the assigned specialists for Office of the CISO review projects. The incumbent will coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep updated on project status, and adapt necessary measures to increase the success rate of the reviews. From time-to-time, as needed, the incumbent may also work with stakeholders external to Maya.
• The incumbent is expected to identify and timely raise critical, high-risk project issues that may introduce an exploitable security risk to InfoSec leadership for proper decision.
• The incumbent is expected to aid the Head of InfoSec governance & Ops in preparing quarterly reports to the Technology Group Governance Committee (TGGC) and to the Board of Directors

WhatYouNeedtoSucceed:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or related courses.
• Experienced project manager focusing on technology, fintech products and experience in liaising with security, privacy and anti-fraud teams.
• Experience in dealing with all ranks of a company. Understanding of the information needs and the communication styles of various project team members in all levels.
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for complex, multi-faceted projects.
• With above average presentation preparation and presentation delivery skills.
• No specific educational background needed.
