Job summary

White & Case LLP in Manila seeks a mid‑level Data Management Analyst to coordinate all aspects of data management across the Firm’s information practices, ensuring information compliance and efficient service delivery.

You will work with senior stakeholders, support ECB improvements, shared drive and mailbox management, and drive projects across MS Teams, iManage, and AI initiatives to reduce risk and cost.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in electronic data or information governance within a law firm or corporate setting.
• Strong project coordination and ability to meet deadlines.
• English fluency and professional written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data management activities across the matter and information lifecycle.
• Support ECB and mailbox management, data migration, and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including GC, DPO, and Practice Technology.
• Maintain audit histories and defensible data management records.
