Job summary

White & Case LLP is seeking a mid-level Data Management Analyst in Manila to coordinate all data management activities and ensure information governance across the Firm’s platforms. You will support data lifecycle tasks from matter mobility to ECB improvements, collaborating with legal and compliance teams.

The role requires experience with iManage Work, MS Teams, and M365, plus strong communication skills and a proactive approach to risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in electronic data law firm activities.
• Educational background in Records/Information Governance or IT related field is preferred.
• Experience with DMS and data migration/validation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across data management processes for daily intake, assignments, quality review and delivery.
• Support ECB and data governance initiatives across MS Teams, iManage and other platforms.
• Maintain audit histories of data transfers, migrations and deletions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders including General Counsel and Practice Technology teams.
• Assist in reporting, metrics and project plans for information governance initiatives.
