Job summary

HIIP Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive influencer relations professional to onboard, maintain and grow our influencer network on the Hiip PH Platform.

You will report to the Head of Influencer Relations and provide insights to match client requirements. The role involves researching key influencers, recruiting and building relationships, preparing contracts, developing influencer programs, collaborating with Sales, activating campaigns, and analyzing performance to strengthen client

Responsibilities

• Research and identify key influencers to sign up in Hiip's platform
• Recruit and build strong relationships with influencers through monthly events, goodwill programs and regular communication
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and necessary documentation in adherence to law and company established rules and guidelines
• Develop programs and strategies in skills building of influencers
• Work and collaborate with Sales in providing solutions to client briefs and requirements
• Develop customized activations with influencers in line with brand and campaign requirements
• Manage campaigns in the Hiip Platform
• Stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements, and relevant campaigns
• Provide relevant analytics including insights, trends, audience behavior, and recommendations to help strengthen Hiip's proposal to clients
• Track and report on the success of the influencer program and provide recommendations for continued improvement

About the role
