Job summary

SKINTIFIC, a science-driven skincare brand, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist in the Philippines. You’ll analyse KOLs, craft briefs with managers, and collaborate with influencers to promote our barrier-science products across TikTok, Meta/Facebook and Instagram.

You will own content development with KOLs, track campaign performance, and build long-term relationships through strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is generally required.
• At least 1 year experience in influencer marketing, and or other relevant experiences
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and driving business development.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term business development strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse KOLs: know how to analyse KOL accounts, what style they are, what product to promote.
• Content Idea: create Briefs together with managers or influencers based on their account style and product.
• Draft Revision and Push post: Give Revision to KOL draft and push KOL to post video before deadline
• Owning Content: Collaborate with KOLs to develop and manage content that enhances our brand presence.
• Tracking Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
• Strong knowledge of Online platforms like TikTok, Meta/Facebook and Instagram and their role in marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building influencer relationships.
