MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is seeking an Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our pet and lifestyle campaigns. This role is work-from-home with day shifts, offering a dynamic environment and exposure to global influencer partnerships.

You will conduct influencer research, reach out to creators, manage promo codes, and track campaign performance, while collaborating with marketing colleagues to optimize ROI and stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Influencer Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant influencers within the pet and lifestyle niche. Utilize various tools and platforms to compile a comprehensive list of potential influencers to outreach to in designated markets.
• Outreach and Relationship Building: Proactively reach out to influencers via email, direct messages, and other channels to establish connections and build relationships. Craft compelling and personalized messages to engage influencers and showcase the benefits of promoting DOG by Dr Lisa products.
• Along with the gifted products, you will provide them with a unique promo code that they can share with their audience, allowing their followers to enjoy exclusive discounts on our products.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of influencer partnerships, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on the impact of influencer marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with high volume administrative tasks.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to effectively communicate with influencers and collaborate with internal teams is essential.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools to identify, track, and manage influencer relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for influencer marketing and achieving targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple influencer relationships simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of tools such as Google Sheets and Shopify.
• Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and persist in building influencer partnerships.
