You will research and compile data from official sources and industry contacts, ensuring quality control, meeting deadlines, and supporting the team with ad-hoc analyses. A tertiary degree in economics or related fields is preferred, with strong Excel skills and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in economics, econometrics/statistical analysis, finance, market research, accounting, business or demonstrated equivalent analytical skills
• Experience in economic analysis, market research and/or company analysis highly regarded
• Experience compiling information from diverse sources (official sources, company reports, industry contacts, internet, news)

Responsibilities

• Research and compile industry data according to IBISWorld standards
• Follow IBISWorld methodology and quality control requirements
• Address feedback from technical leads and manager as required
• Ad-hoc research tasks as required
