Job summary

RTX is seeking an industrial engineering professional to lead capital projects, coordinate facility expansion and equipment installation, and manage contractor activities. The role involves ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years in manufacturing engineering or project engineering, strong Excel/PowerPoint/AutoCAD skills, and excellent communication to translate technical issues into management updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 4–5 years of manufacturing engineering, industrialization or project engineering experience.
• Ability to plan scope, schedule, milestones, risks, resources, cost and deliverables; capable of leading technical projects.
• Proficient with process flow, line balancing, tooling/fixtures, quality controls and production handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects execution, manage facility expansion/retrofit, coordinate equipment installation and qualification.
• Oversee contractor management and ensure project compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Able to analyze and create routine and labor hours calculations.
