Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering; 4–5 years in manufacturing engineering, industrialization or project engineering.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD; able to use Word and Outlook effectively.
• Experience planning scope, schedules, milestones, risks, resources and costs; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects execution including facility expansion/retrofit and equipment install/qualification.
• Oversee contractor management and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Analyze and create routine and labor hour calculations for projects.
