Job summary

Filinvest Land Inc. in Calamba is seeking a driven Leasing / Sales Manager to lead the sale of industrial lots and leasing of RBF units at Filinvest Innovation Park – Ciudad de Calamba.

You will build a strong B2B pipeline and close high-value deals, while guiding a lean sales team and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates have deep market reach in CALABA and an established network of locators and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales, preferably industrial or large-scale developments.
• Proven track record of closing high-value, long-term leases or land transactions.

Responsibilities

• Close high-value leasehold transactions and land deals.
• Lead a lean team of 2–3 leasing agents and set sales targets.
• Develop and execute leasing and sales strategies across Central Luzon.
• Coordinate with brokers, developers, and local government units for site tours and roadshows.
• Prepare forecasts and pipeline reports, ensuring pricing discipline and client engagement.
