Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of manufacturing experience in IE or strategic planning
• Experience in operation strategy for efficient manufacturing
• Knowledge of operations/manufacturing processes
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus (SAP)

Responsibilities

• Implements and improves manufacturing techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery to optimize quality and output levels.
• Optimizing and standardizing stamping, modeling, assembly, and other processes within the manufacturing environment.
• Designing and developing manufacturing process platforms and automation platforms
• Applying process platforms for the realization of new product development as well as optimization of existing products already in production.
• Ensuring processes are running at an optimum level for maximizing quality and output levels.
