Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer II for the Mexico City area. The role focuses on designing, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting industrial networking and Security/Telecom solutions for Process Automation projects.

You will coordinate with engineers, cybersecurity specialists and customers while traveling across the Americas as needed. The position emphasizes experience with DCS or Experion PKS, network infrastructure, virtualization, and integration of OT

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Control/Automation/Electrical/Telecommunications or related engineering field; 4+ years with a DCS or industrial control platform.
Strong communication in English and Spanish in technical/project contexts.
Ability to read technical specs, architecture drawings and test procedures; willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Design and document network and system architectures for Experion PKS, DCS servers and stations, and OT infrastructure.
Configure and support industrial Ethernet networks, switches, routers, VLANs, and time synchronization.
Support virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware) and interfaces to third‑party systems; travel to customer sites across the Americas.
