Job summary

Mandaue Foam Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment across production lines to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose breakdowns, install motors and control panels, coordinate with production, and maintain records, adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production machines, equipment, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Diagnose machine breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Install, inspect, and maintain motors, control panels, wiring, switches, sensors, and other electrical components.
• Perform mechanical repairs such as bearing replacement, belt and chain adjustments, lubrication, alignment, and machine assembly.
• Conduct regular inspection of machinery and electrical systems to identify potential problems.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and modification of new machines and equipment.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, preventive maintenance activities, and equipment conditions.
• Coordinate with production personnel regarding machine issues and maintenance schedules.
