Job summary

CDO Foodsphere, Inc. is seeking a Machine Specialist (Operator/Technician) to ensure safe, efficient operation, setup, and maintenance of industrial machinery on the production floor.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, monitor product quality, and document maintenance logs in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Engineering graduates are preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing, production or maintenance is preferred.
• Good physical stamina for lifting and standing for long periods.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, instructions, and machine manuals; strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up industrial machinery ensuring safe and efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Monitor quality, record production logs, and ensure compliance with FSSC standards.
• Train new staff and supervise line operators during operation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper storage of materials and tools.
