Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machines in our food manufacturing setup.
You will ensure product quality, maintain safe operations, and collaborate with QA and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar role, basic troubleshooting skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator with experience in the food industry and manufacturing environment to operate and monitor production machines, ensure product quality, and maintain safe and efficient production operations.
Operate, set up, and monitor production machines used in food manufacturing
Ensure machines are running efficiently and according to established production standards and procedures
Monitor production output, product quality, machine performance, and operating conditions
Perform basic machine adjustments, troubleshooting, cleaning, and routine maintenance
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required food safety and quality standards
Follow production schedules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and workplace safety guidelines
Maintain accurate records of production output, machine issues, downtime, and other required reports
Immediately report machine breakdowns, defects, safety concerns, or production abnormalities to the supervisor
Coordinate with the Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of machines and the production area
Vocational or technical education is an advantage
Can work in a shifting schedule
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a food manufacturing or manufacturing industry
Experience operating food processing, packaging, filling, mixing, or other production machinery is highly preferred
Knowledge of GMP, food safety, quality control, and workplace safety procedures is an advantage
Basic troubleshooting and machine adjustment skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn
