Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Company Nurse to provide medical care, promote employee wellness, and support health and safety programs within the workplace in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

The role requires a BS in Nursing, a valid PRC-registered RN, and experience in industrial or occupational health nursing. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for maintaining medical records and coordinating with health authorities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Preferably with experience in industrial or occupational health nursing.
• Knowledgeable in first aid, basic life support (BLS), and emergency response procedures.
• Familiar with DOLE and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees during workplace incidents or emergencies.
• Conduct health assessments, medical consultations, and monitoring of employees’ health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports.
• Assist in the implementation of health, safety, and wellness programs within the company.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and government agencies for medical-related requirements.
• Support the HR and Safety departments in compliance with health-related regulations and documentation.
• Promote employee wellness through education and preventive health programs.
