Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
• Preferably with experience in industrial or occupational health nursing
• Knowledgeable in first aid, basic life support (BLS), and emergency response procedures
• Familiar with DOLE and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees during workplace incidents or emergencies
• Conduct health assessments, medical consultations, and monitoring of employees’ health conditions
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports
• Assist in the implementation of health, safety, and wellness programs within the company
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and government agencies for medical-related requirements
• Support the HR and Safety departments in compliance with health-related regulations and documentation
• Promote employee wellness through education and preventive health programs
