Axelum Resources Corp. in the Philippines (Northern Mindanao) seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead the IE team and drive process improvements across production and operations.

You will conduct time-and-motion studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and OEE improvements, while mentoring IE staff and collaborating with Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and QA to deliver data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant industrial engineering experience, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or high-volume production.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in engineering, continuous improvement, or operations.
• Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and capacity planning.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Industrial Engineering team in implementing process improvement programs across production and operational lines.
• Conduct time-and-motion studies, line balancing, workflow analysis, and capacity planning to optimize operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement; recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Support cost reduction, waste elimination, and resource optimization initiatives.
• Develop, standardize, and document operational procedures and work instructions.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to management for data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, QA) to implement process improvements.
• Lead Kaizen events, continuous improvement projects, and other operational excellence initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop IE staff, ensuring competency growth and timely completion of assigned projects.
