Job summary
Epta® in the Philippines seeks an Industrial Engineer (Warehouse Worker) to optimize inventory governance and logistics execution across the warehouse.
This role requires coordinating cycle counts, SAP data accuracy, and collaboration with Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and Service to ensure timely deliveries and compliant documentation.
You will support warehouse operations, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Graduate in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, business or related field.
- 3+ years in inventory control, warehousing, logistics or related functions.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse processes and documentation controls.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory health to ensure stock availability and minimize excess.
- Plan and coordinate logistics requirements for deliveries, deployments, and inbound shipments.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of warehouse and logistics documentation and support invoicing.
- Provide operational and administrative support to warehouse activities and participate in continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports on inventory performance, logistics activities, and KPIs.
