Job summary

SOBIDA MOTORS CORPORATION in Quezon City is seeking a full-time Industrial Engineer to analyze production workflows, collect and interpret operational data, and identify opportunities for process improvement across manufacturing activities.

You will design and optimize layouts, standardize work procedures, support cost-reduction initiatives, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience in manufacturing with lean/Six Sigma principles.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize layouts
Standardize work procedures
Support cost-reduction initiatives
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams to implement solutions
Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations on findings and recommendations
Monitor the impact of implemented changes to ensure sustained performance gains
