Job summary

Experience with process mapping/data analysis is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Onsite work in Taguig is required.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing processes, workflows, and operations to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct time and motion studies, process mapping, and capacity analysis as needed.
Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to support business decisions.
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor efficiency.
Identify gaps and bottlenecks and propose optimization.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement solutions.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to define requirements and create solutions.
Assist in documenting standard operating procedures, process flows, and work instructions.
Monitor the impact of improvements and propose further enhancements.
Support projects focused on productivity, resource optimization, and workforce planning.
