Job summary

Dempsy in Metro Manila is seeking an environmental compliance professional to oversee regulatory adherence within manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with Philippine environmental standards and facilitating responsible waste management, emissions control, and site audits.

The ideal candidate will hold a PCO accreditation or be willing to obtain it, possess a related bachelor’s degree, and have 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) by DENR-EMB or willing to obtain accreditation.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in environmental compliance, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of Philippine environmental laws and regulations (RA 8749, RA 9275, RA 9003, RA 6969).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
