Job summary

Crackerjack Corporation is seeking an Industrial Engineering professional to analyze and improve garment production processes at the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. The role involves conducting time and motion studies, balancing lines, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

You will monitor efficiency, prepare IE reports, and collaborate with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams to optimize manpower and capacity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in garment manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of time study, motion study, line balancing, and production processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
