Professional Gear, Inc. in Laguna, Philippines is seeking an Industrial Engineer/Production Planner to optimize production schedules and inventory control. You will analyze data, coordinate with teams, and align output with demand to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Industrial Engineering, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Garments industry experience is a plus, and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year college degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Production Planner, or in Inventory Planning.
• Experience in the Garments Industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze production, inventory, and sales data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Compare actual production output against schedules and adjust to meet targets.
• Monitor fabric consumption and cutting output for material efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure material and finished goods availability.
• Keep raw materials and finished products within acceptable inventory ranges.
• Analyze sales trends and schedule production based on demand.
• Assist Operations Officer in addressing production concerns and improving efficiency.
• Prepare and review production, inventory, and sales data for planning decisions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Monitor and analyze fabric consumption and cutting output to ensure efficient use of materials.

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate availability of materials and finished products.

• Ensure that raw materials and finished products are maintained within acceptable inventory levels.

• Analyze sales trends and recommend appropriate production schedules based on demand.

• Assist the Operations Officer in addressing production-related concerns and improving operational efficiency.

• Prepare and review production, inventory, and sales data to support planning and decision-making.

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
