Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking a Sr. Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for healthcare and pharma clients.

You will model data, conduct statistical analyses, and develop analytics solutions that improve patient outcomes and cost management. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams, using Tableau, SAS, R, and Alteryx to deliver strategic recommendations in a fast-paced, global consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 1.5+ years analytics experience.
• Experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, Go-to-market strategy, segmentation, and analyzing large datasets to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work on and manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders, with a quality mindset.
• Able to understand, identify, and recommend reporting needs and improvements.
• Deep understanding of their Industry, including market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with minimal direction.
