EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Risk Management Services invites an Associate Analyst/Analyst to support client engagement risk assessments and independence compliance. You will help evaluate risks, assist engagement teams, and align with EY's internal policies and regulatory framework.

The role emphasizes research, analytical thinking, and collaboration across global teams. Work location is in the Philippines (Taguig) with exposure to international clients and finance-related projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
1 year experience in Research Analyst roles, Finance roles, secondary research, or similar functions.
Exposure to international customer interactions preferred.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Understanding of financial instruments such as shares, mutual funds and insurance.

Responsibilities

Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques.
Analyze research findings, draw inferences and conclusions to respond to requirements.
Understand key requirements of firm and regulators risk management policies.
Use analytical and project management methodologies and tools.
Complete assigned projects/tasks per standard operating procedures.
Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of tasks; follow up with engagement teams.
Plan and organize work; keep stakeholders informed of status.
Perform self-review prior to submission to project managers.
Flag issues to project managers for timely action.
