Responsibilities

• Supports the Income Audit Manager in overseeing daily revenue auditing functions and ensuring data integrity across revenue streams.
• Assist in managing the daily income audit process, verifying revenue postings and reconciliations from all departments (Rooms, F&B, Retail, Spa).
• Review and validate night audit summaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Oversee payment reconciliations across cash, credit cards, house accounts, and other payment methods.
• Supervise and guide the income audit team; train and support members as needed.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management review.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures by ensuring all revenue and adjustment entries are complete and accurate.
• Maintain proper documentation of revenue transactions in line with internal audit and external audit requirements.
• Assist in developing and enhancing audit procedures and checklists.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve revenue system integrations and data accuracy.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits; act as deputy for the Income Audit Manager in their absence.
