Job summary

Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. in Quezon City seeks a capable Store Manager to oversee all store operations and report to Area Sales Managers and VP-Sales & Operations.

You will represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting and analyze brands to craft strategies that meet quotas. Coordinate with staff to ensure inventory targets, communicate with vendors and mall admin, and uphold customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1–4 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong store management abilities.
• Hardworking, analytical and people-oriented.
• Willing to work retail store hours and be assigned to Quezon City area.
• Full-Time position available.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the store from all aspects of management and report to Area Sales Managers and VP-Sales & Operations.
• Represent the store in Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning.
• Analyze brands and develop effective strategies to reach quotas.
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure inventory meets sales targets.
• Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, mall admin, and 3rd party agencies/Coop.
• Maintain optimal customer service and compliance with company standards.
• Encourage staff to engage with customers and build confidence.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
