Job summary

Golden Topper Investments Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented finance/administrative staff to handle commission processing and related paperwork in Cebu City. You will compute monthly commissions, route incentive requests, and maintain dashboards.

Bachelor’s degree in any field is acceptable; fresh graduates are welcome. Strong MS Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication and customer service abilities are required to ensure accurate invoicing and timely approvals.

Responsibilities

• Compute the monthly regular commission/incentive due and collate supporting documents for review.
• Routing of Commission/Incentive request PDF file.
• Filing of commission/incentive request in DingTalk(DT) for routing of approvals.
• Commission/Incentive Payee list and Dashboard preparation.
• Prepare Commission/Incentive PRF.
• Collate Commission/incentive Sales Invoice.
• Answer Commission/Incentive queries.
