AMSAMM Property and Development Inc. in Batangas City is seeking a Sales Associate to promote and sell company products within assigned branches and assist customers with information, recommendations, and basic demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, is customer-oriented, and can stand for long periods while helping to achieve sales targets and maintain attractive product displays.

Formación

• Senior High School diploma is required; college level is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, retail, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and approachable.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods.
• Responsible, punctual, and results-driven.
• Experience in home décor, furniture, or related products an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell company products to customers in assigned branches.
• Assist customers by providing product information, recommendations, and basic product demonstrations when needed.
• Maintain attractive, clean, and organized product displays according to company and store standards.
• Ensure products are properly arranged, labeled, and stocked on the selling area.
• Check product prices, tags, and promotional materials and ensure they are properly displayed.
• Assist in achieving assigned sales targets and support store promotions and activities.
• Coordinate with store personnel regarding product availability, display concerns, and other branch requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and other required reports.
• Maintain good working relationships with store personnel, customers, and company representatives.
