Job summary

WHR Global Consulting seeks a Retail Sales Executive for NCR in the Philippines. This full-time, day-shift role involves welcoming customers, identifying needs, guiding product discovery of electronic cigarettes, and supporting seamless purchases.

You will educate adults on the product, conduct guided trials, and ensure after-sales service including returns and replacements, maintaining our consumer-centric standards.

Qualifications

• College level education or higher is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English or Taglish, with natural conversational ability.
• Prior customer service experience is required, with sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial.
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling product diagnosis, returns and replacements per company standards.
