Hueman is looking for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in Pampanga, Mexico for in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) targeting Medicare and Medicaid members. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience and NP/PA license completion.
• Active State NP/PA license required.
• 12 months as a paid advanced clinical provider preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from patients’ homes.
• Perform comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments.
• Review medical history and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct medical reconciliation.
• Provide patient education on wellness.
