Job summary

The Import & Export Associate at Wamrus Trading, Inc. will coordinate and monitor the movement of import and export shipments from origin to destination in Manila operations.

The role works with suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers and other logistics partners to ensure timely and compliant delivery. Responsibilities include end-to-end shipment coordination, documentation, tracking, and reporting, with a focus on minimizing delays and ensuring accurate records and on-time

Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end coordination of import and export shipments, including booking, consolidation, documentation, and shipment monitoring.
• Process and ensure completeness of all shipping and departure documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, customs brokers, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods.
• Monitor shipment schedules and address delays, discrepancies, and other shipment-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, trackers, and reports.
