Job summary

R TRIPLE J CUSTOMS BROKERAGE INC is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee daily import and export processing in the Manila area. The role requires deep knowledge of BOC regulations and strong leadership to manage a team handling major shipments.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, a licensed customs broker qualification, and 3–5 years of brokerage experience, with proficiency in MS Office and customs systems like e2m and VASP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration.
• Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in customs brokerage
• Strong knowledge of Bureau of Customs (BOC) regulations, procedures, and documentation.
• Experience in handling import & export processing, tariff classification, and clearance procedures.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and customs/trade system (e.g.,e2m, VASP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of import and export processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of entries and submission of required documents.
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and government agencies.
• Handle and resolve operational issues, delays, and discrepancies.
• Lead, train, and evaluate operations staff performance.
• Maintain strong relationship with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee proper documentation, record-keeping, and audit compliance.
