Job summary

RealPage is seeking an Implementation Data Analyst to coordinate migration projects and develop automated tools for parsing and merging data from multiple reports. The role emphasizes Excel/VBA work and close collaboration with clients to ensure data readiness for migration.

You will gather legacy system data, validate completeness, and transform it into import-ready formats. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required during peak migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Accounting preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HTML familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to gather required legacy data for migration.
• Manipulate Excel/CSV data to produce reports and information.
• Create scripts, templates, and tools to streamline conversion processes.
• Communicate deadlines and manage multiple migration projects.
• Assist data migration team during peak periods and document procedures.
• Train and support teammates to ensure data migration knowledge.
