Job summary

RealPage is seeking an Implementation Consultant I for Utility Account Conversion to manage change processes during acquisition and disposition of properties within Utility Expense Management and Invoice Processing services. The role requires strong customer service, project management, and organizational skills, with hybrid work after the initial onsite training.

The candidate will coordinate with multiple RealPage groups, ensure accurate setup, and maintain client satisfaction while handling

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service or account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Internet Explorer.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot property billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations during conversion of RealPage products.
• Build and maintain relationships with RealPage support groups to ensure successful conversion.
• Initiate and coordinate internal quality assurance tests to verify setup and acceptance.
• Manage UAC projects to achieve timely transitions and client satisfaction.
• Transition properties to Billing Department after initial conversion and billing period.
• Promote a positive professional image of RealPage and provide superior customer service.
