Job summary

Contour Optik Philippine Inc. in Tanza, Cavite, is seeking a full-time Impex Staff to support import/export operations from its manufacturing base.

You will coordinate documentation, liaise with customs and freight forwarders, and maintain records to ensure compliant and timely trade activities. The role requires at least 2 years in import/export or customs clearance, strong knowledge of regulations, excellent communication, and familiarity with PEZA requirements in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in import/export or customs clearance.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Familiarity with PEZA regulatory landscape in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process import/export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other external stakeholders to facilitate clearance of goods.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to import/export activities.
• Support preparation and submission of regulatory reports and compliance filings.
• Assist with implementation of import/export policies to ensure efficiency and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in trade activities.
