Job summary

Kool Adventure Camp in Balamban, Cebu, seeks a dedicated Facilitator, Youth Development Programs, to design and deliver engaging training for diverse youth participants. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education or related fields, strong facilitation and communication skills, and a passion for youth empowerment within a collaborative NGO setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, Training, Social Development, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in youth development and training delivery.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating training programmes, workshops or educational sessions for young people or diverse groups.
• Strong knowledge of adult and youth learning principles, instructional design and effective training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate and inspire participants from varied backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare and deliver training modules and workshops tailored to the needs and learning styles of diverse youth participants.
• Facilitate interactive learning sessions that combine theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world applications.
• Assess participant progress and learning outcomes using appropriate assessment tools and methodologies.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support participant growth, skill development and career readiness.
• Create inclusive and supportive learning environments that encourage active participation and peer collaboration.
• Maintain detailed records of participant attendance, progress, achievements and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, mentors and community partners to enhance programme quality and relevance.
• Organise and coordinate practical activities, field visits and experiential learning opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness and contribute to continuous programme improvement initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with participants, families and community stakeholders
