Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 5 years of analytics and business intelligence experience.
• Proficiency in Power Platforms, SharePoint, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed reports and presentations using data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and key KPIs.
• Facilitate chargeback reviews using e-commerce and retail channel portals.
• Conduct financial charges qualitative review.
• Analyze the distributor’s compliance program.
• Investigate compliance penalties and recommend potential solutions.
• Create state-of-business reports for retail channels and e-commerce accounts.
