Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ is seeking a Sales Compliance Analyst to manage and analyze accumulated financial charges for Professional Tools’ Retail Channels and eCommerce. You will identify compliance penalties and help mitigate risks with data-driven insights.

The role requires strong analytics, reporting skills, and experience with Power Platform, SharePoint, and BI tools to drive compliance strategies across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• 5 years of analytics and business intelligence experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed reports and presentations to monitor performance metrics and charges.
• Facilitate chargeback reviews using e-commerce and retail channel portals.
• Conduct financial charges qualitative review.
• Analyze distributor’s compliance program.
• Investigate penalties and propose solutions.
• Create state-of-business reports for retail channels and e-commerce accounts.
