Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Sales Compliance Analyst to manage and analyze accumulated financial charges across our Retail Channels and eCommerce. You will identify the impact of compliance fines, helping to mitigate risks and shape effective compliance strategies.

You will develop detailed reports, conduct reviews, and support the distributor's compliance program with data-driven insights. This role emphasizes proactive problem solving and clear communication with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5 years of analytics and business intelligence experience.
• Proficiency in Power Platforms, SharePoint and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed reports and presentations using data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics.
• Facilitate chargeback reviews using ecommerce and retail portals.
• Conduct financial charges qualitative review and analyze distributor compliance.
• Investigate compliance penalties and recommend solutions.
• Create state-of-business reports for retail channels and ecommerce accounts.
