Qualifications

• 2–3 years in compliance/testing or related financial services.
• Strong organizational, English writing and report-writing skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement the annual testing plan to improve processes and best practices.
• Prepare and conduct testing activities, including templates, data gathering, and reports.
• Assist in preparing training materials and presentations for management.
• Research regulations and maintain communication with regulatory personnel and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Document testing workflows and handle additional compliance testing requests.
