Job summary

IIX Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge product owners and the technology team, translating business needs into precise technical specs. You’ll manage a requirements pipeline, write BRDs and user stories, and ensure alignment with platform roadmaps for IIX Values and IIX Intelligence.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support Agile/Scrum processes, and help reduce ambiguity while championing user outcomes and business value across ESG and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage requirements in a software product or SaaS environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable facilitating stakeholder sessions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in requirements documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, Jira, or equivalent).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, capture, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Produce BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a living requirements repository across platform iterations.
• Map and document business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
• Act as the primary communication channel between product owners, business teams, and tech.
• Support agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are delivered each sprint.
