GenerationHope, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Business Development Associate in the Philippines to drive growth for Hope in a Bottle and Hope in a Box. You will develop new business, manage key accounts, and oversee sales planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management or relationship management
• Exceptional communication and relationship skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management Engineering or related fields
• Entrepreneurial mindset, detail-oriented and collaborative
• Willingness to do field-work and have own transportation
• Customer-focused with ability to manage portfolios and drive growth

Responsibilities

• Implement sales and business development activities for the assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and current partner clients
• Ensure fulfillment of order processing and deliveries
• Manage accounts receivables and coordinate with Order to Cash and Accounting
• Conduct regular store checks and account visits
• Prepare and submit sales reports
